Hello, I am writing on behalf of Mobility International USA, and the National Clearinghouse on Disability and Exchange, two resources listed in this article. We very much enjoyed reading about Molly's New Zealand experience and hope she will consider submitting her story or travel blog to our website's Stories and Blogs page. (http://www.miusa.org/ncde/stories)

NCDE is offering $50 for disability stories on international exchange, including options to submit blogs and featured person profiles. People with disabilities can take advantage of this added incentive to share overseas study, volunteer, work and research experiences! International and U.S. people with disabilities are encouraged to email submissions, but they must be currently living in the United States to receive the award. The deadline is September 1, 2010.

Please visit http://www.miusa.org/ncde/ncdenewsevents/storiescall to learn more about how you or someone you know can make $50 for sharing your international experience with MIUSA and the NCDE!

I happen to be a friend of the family. Upon meeting Molly, when she was about five or six years old, I immediately fell in love with her and continue to be ever since. Her beauty just has become more magnifed and manificent the longer she graces others with her presence.

I can understand why she has adapted so well to her college experience because she has a good sense of self and welcomes new challenges, whatever they may be.

I'm so pleased she's thinking of specializing in adaptive sports. That seems great because she has always been interested in physical activity of all kinds like swimming for example; so I can see why she would be driven to specialize in sports related activities, even after her accident, that's because she knows the value sports of all kinds have meant to her before and after her accident and she wants to share her new found insights with others.

The fact that she's following her heart as well as her mind in deciding what's important to her allows her to follow her passion and to help others adjust to their disabilities like she obviously has learned to adjust to her own.

No greater calling can be responded to than her wish to help others live lives that are fulfilling and exciting as she's able to make her life become.

Best of luck to you Molly in your quest to be all that can be. You are truly a remarkable young woman who deserves the best in whatever you're doing with your life.

Much love,
